Take advantage of this oppurtunity to buy as much land as you can. With as little as N1million you could control not less than ten plots, fully paid. Which could translate to over N15million in the next five years. with N60million you could control a thousand plots, which could be shared into 100 by 50 per plot, making 200 plots, roads carved out plan produced, and sold at lowest N600,000 per plot to persons who will occupy your estate. It is what a lot of persons have done already, right now the number of estates that have sprang up from the lands bought so far are not less than hundred.
